Class Schedule

All Ages Individual - Tuesdays 3:15pm-4:30pm

Vaulters will participate in a warmup and rotate through practice the barrel section and horse time in small groups. Each vaulter will work on compulsory exercises as well as a freestyle routine.


Advanced Squad - Tuesdays 4:45pm-6:00pm

Squad members will participate in a warmup and rotate through practice the barrel section and horse time. Each vaulter will work on compulsory exercises as well as a team/squad freestyle routine.


14+ Drop In - Wednesdays 12:00pm

For homeschoolers or adults - vaulters will participate in a warmup and rotate through practice the barrel section and horse time in small groups. Each vaulter will work on compulsory exercises as well as freestyle routine.

All Levels Ground training - Wednesdays 4:00pm-5:00pm

Ground training focuses on strength, flexibility and technique with the use of the practice barrel and mat work (no horse time) Training will take place at our home barn but may be moved during inclement weather.

Advanced Gound Training - Wednesdays 5:00pm-5:45pm (attendance from 4-6pm for advanced students)
